Re: "The Commission invites interested persons to submit comments on a proposed amendment of the Telemarketing Sales Rule to create an additional call abandonment safe harbor to allow telemarketing calls that deliver a prerecorded message to consumers with whom the seller on whose behalf the calls are made has an established business relationship." No! Please don't. If I'm in an 'established business relationship' with a company, then we're already communitcating about a specific thing. I do not and would not welcome marketing calls from them. I added my name and phone number to the Do Not Call list for a reason. For the FTC to change the rules now in inexcusable! Don't do it.
