Dear Sir, I am opposed to the above proposed changes to the Do Not Call Registry rules. Do NOT Call!!!!! Get it?? One would hope that your agency would not mess with something that most Americans do not want,i.e., annoying phone calls of any nature from anyone. You should be ashamed for proposing this loophole. Allen Hile's remarks as reported by Lance Gay of the Scripps Howard News Service are disgraceful. Leave well enough alone. Very sincerely...Walt Gilefski
