The "proposed loophole for do-not-call list allows recordings" is absurd. I'm totally against it. Why would the government open a loophole in the law and allow millions of Americans to be harrassed with "answering machine spam?" Sounds like a lobby is involved along with Voice Mail Broadcasting Corp., and money involved to be handed over to Allen Hile of the FTC and some of his subordinates to help break the law. Why doesn't the government "just once" do something right for the people? Our constitution says ours is a government "of the people, by the people, and for the people," not "against the people."
