As a United States citizen, I would like to urge you not to amend the TSR’s call abandonment safe harbor provision. The law is working pretty good the way it is and I have enjoyed a steep decline in the number of marketing calls I get. To change it would open the floodgates worse than before, as the telmarketing companies would now be able to use the do-not-call list as a marketing tool and source of customer information. This is not it's intent.
