A do not call list should not have any loopholes that would give them the ability to call someone that has requested that they not be contacted. Perhaps, if there is some agreement that the person sign that says that they can receive unsolicited calls from a particular company, that may be acceptable, but allowing any wiggle room on this is unacceptable.
