Comments:
Since I pay for the use of a telephone, through a monthly charge, I feel I should be able to designate my phone as a 'telemarketing-free zone'. There should not be any exemptions for a pre-existing business relationship; I should only get calls from companies to whom I have specifically given permission to call me. The fact I do business with a company should NOT be deemed as automatic permission to call.
