I strongly disagree with your decision to open "loopholes" so that special interest groups can violate my privacy with their recorded messages. We waited a long time to get the "Do Not Call List" enacted and now, only a year later, you are considering exceptions to the rule. Many companies still violate the law and those need to be fined as "examples" and that information should be disseminated through the "media" so that others will get the message.
