I am very OPPOSED to the FT opening a loophole in the Do Not Call law to allow companies to send pre-recorded telemarketing calls to existing customers or those with whom they already have a business relationship. Please DO NOT make this an option for companies. I find pre-recorded messages annoying. They can also be dangerous when they do not allow the person receiving the call to disconnect the recording by hanging up the phone. - If there was an emergency, the individual receiving the call would not be able to use the phone to call for help until the recording was finished.
