Allowing the use of pre-recorded messages would again allow offices and families to be interrupted to answer the phone. My office time is valuable, as well as, my time at home. I do not want to have to answer the phone from companies, organizations, etc. who want my agency's funds or my personal money. Unsolicited calls are just that...not asked for..... and if we have not asked them to contact us, then we should not have to answer the phone to unwelcome messages of any kind. Something should also be done about unsolicited faxes that waste the agency's paper and my time.
