I feel this is a bad idea. It would weaken the "do not call" list substancially, and leave customers open to a large number of calls. If any change is proposed to the Do Not Call list, it should be on an Opt In basis. Only calls allowerd if the customer agrees to receive them. No one should have to Ott Out of receiving calls.
