WHY DID WE EVER HAD A "DO NOT CALL" OPTION, IF BUSINESSES ARE ALLOWED TO TWIST AROUND IT. NO MEANS NO!! I SIGNED UP FOR THE "DO NOT CALL LIST" AND IT MEANS DO NOT CALL - NO EXCEPTIONS!!
