I do not want any loopholes that would let messages penetrate the Do Not Call list. You accommodate some today, others tomorrow and shortly we will no longer have a Do Not Call List. We will have everyone calling us anytime they choose again. Some get through as it is now. Please tighten it up-close any loopholes. Do not make more.
