I am opposed to opening any kink of loophopes in the Do Not Call Registry. The opt out means nothing, you get the call first then have to opt out That is bull!!! I got a fax at 2:30 A. M. THIS MORNING from MarketScape Communications Inc. even though I am on the No Call List. I have elderly parents and receiving a call at 2:30 AM is NOT something that I want to happen again. I am on the Do Not Call list for a reason, I do NOT want to be bothered by these people calling me any time of the day or NIGHT. I feel that the goverenment should be working for the people not these telemarketing companies. If I want to talk to or get any information from the them I will contact them. I DO NOT want them calling me. As you can see by the numbers who singed up for the No Call list, there are millions of us who feel the same way.
