If I have a meaningful 'business relationship' with a company or person, they aren't going to play a pre-recorded message to me over the phone or they're going to lose my business. I've never heard of a legitimate company doing such a thing. The type of telemarketer that uses the vagueness of 'business relationship' to harass people is the type of person who would benefit from this amendment, I don't see how this proposal is in the interest of the consumer and sincerely hope it does not go into effect.
