Regarding RIN 3084-0098 I believe the do not call list is great Why change it and allow unwanted calls to people who do not want them. Email should be added to the list of do not contact also. I personally recieve way too much clutter and it detracts from important issues. It is a gross imposition to flood communiction chanels with marketing materials.
