Mr./Ms. FTC -- You must have too much time on your hands!!! You spent years doing apparently nothing of value for the consumers. Then, you finally came up with a good plan and built the 'do not call' list. Now, after we had only a short period of relative peace and quiet from unwanted telephone calls, you want to screw that up by making 'exceptions'. HOGWASH!!! There's every reason in the world to NOT make 'exceptions', and only one that makes sense to you for doing it. Namely $$ to your 'commission', at the consumers' expense. Fact is, one 'exception' will soon be followed by another, and another and then you'll simply trash it for being useless -- and all the while it was YOU who broke it -- or are in the process of breaking it. Yours, oh so very truly: Bob Holdman
