Please do not allow this to happen. I am a housewife and have work to do here. These phone interruptions are always most untimely. How would you like to be cleaning a bathtub or shower, waxing a floor, on a ladder cleaning a ceiling fan, sitting down to dinner, or even just watching the last 2 minutes of a movie on TV in the evening and have to stop to answer one of these terribly annoying unsolicited phone calls. From past experience, by the time I got to the phone, there was usually nothing on the line since I wasn't the first to answer the computer's calls. It was so frustrating to be interruped while trying to just mind my own business. It is so much more peaceful now, and I can actually get some work done. (Before I put our phone on the do-not-call list, I was being interrupted 20 or more times per day, even on Sundays.) Just leave things as they are now. No more calls.....please. I implore you to not let this happen. We get junk mail in our mail boxes, junk mail in our computer in boxes and still have a few of these calls even now. Enough is enough. My home is supposed to be a safe and serene haven from the rest of the world. Don't let that world come into my home any more than it does now. If I want to buy something, I will initiate the transaction. Even if the call is for something I might want or need, I refuse to do business via unsolicited phone calls. These pressure you-must-answer-the-phone tactics are an invasion in my private home and should not be allowed.
