Please do not change the law. In fact, I get about 3 of those pre-recorded calls a day now and don't know who to report them to. If you will tell me how to report them to someone (you?) then I will listen to them and take the information down and send it on. Otherwise, I just hang up. Do Not allow those pre-recorded calls access to my number!!!
