Please do NOT change the way the "Do Not Call" list operates now. Various unethical telemarketers now try to get around it now by calling and saying: "This is only an informatin call, I am not trying to sell you anything," then continue with a sales speech. I always ask them if they know of your list or, more likely, if they are stupid. Being very slow, they ultimately get the message. There is NO need to change it unless you strengthen it and increase financial penalties the FIRST time they break the law, then significantly increase financial penalties and jail time each and every time thereafter. I finally can enjoy eating dinner with my family and not be flooded with many of these fools interrupting my home life. These clowns can always send their junk thru the US mail. Have them do this, and maybe the Postal Service will not have to increase a first class letter from 37 ceents to 41 cents. Thank you
