I am against any change which will allow telemarketers to call me using a pre-recorded message. The use of such a recorded message will just make it easier and less expensive for the telemarketers to call us. We are on every "Do not call" list we can get on because we do not want any calls. Even so, we continue to get calls from telemarketers. We certainly do not want more calls.
