WHEN I GET AN UNSOLICITED PHONE CALL IT'S THE SAME AS SOMEONE WALKING INTO MY HOME UNINVITED. IN THAT CASE THEY RISK GETTING SHOT! THE SAME SHOULD BE THE CASE FOR TELEMARKETERS. DO NOT CHANGE THE LAW!!!!
