This is rediculous to think that we can allow telemarketing to tie up our phone lines and cost us cellular minutes. This type of "junk mail" marketing must end. Please do not continue to entertain lobbyist who want to find ways to impose upon our privacy and cause the general public to have to spend time and money to make them leave us alone.
