Please, please do not allow pre-recorded messages to my personal phone number. I have heavenly peace now that I registered on the no-call list. I would still have to answer my phone only to hang up on the pre-recorded message. Again, a waste of my valuable time. I think this method will only disrupt my life, just as the sales calls did before the Do Not Call Registry was developed. Please close this miserable loophole in the law and prevent pre-recorded messages.
