Ladies and gentlemen: I am against any relaxation of the current rules. In spite of present legislation, telemarketers continue to abuse the telephone system. The cost to my small business operations owing to interruptions from these calls is quite significant. I am for tougher enforcement of the no-call rules (which, in many cases are now simply ignored).
