It appears to me that the intent of the law was to stop unsolicited telephone calls. Why in the world would you then want to change the law backwards to allow some form of unsolicited calls to intrude on the very people who signed up to avoid them? I would hate to think that your attitude toward the very people the law seems to specifically protect is "Let 'em eat cake!!!!"
