I object to your proposed changes to the Do Not Call Registry. If I want to communicate with people that I have done business with in the past, I certainly know how to do so without being bothered by annoying telephone calls at dinnertime. I like the rules the way they are and see no reason to change them to accomodate those who have no business forcing their way into our hames to hawk their products like a bunch of barkers at a carnival.
