Comments:
The do not call list was created to stop annoying calls that the consumer doesn't want. Prerecorded call are no less annoying then any other type of sales calls. Since the do not call list was created to stop the endless calls why should we have to opt-out to the individual companies. Thats what the do not call list is for.
