Please do not allow this rule to be passed. It would violate everything that the do-not-call list stands for. The list was developed so people who wish not to receive unsolicited telephone calls don't it's that simple. Pre-recorded telephone calls are the worst kind, they are represents the most vile form of annoyance on the face of our great earth. If this rule gets authorized I will loose more faith in our FCC.
