I do not agree with changing the rules to allow telemarketers calling numbers on the 'do not call list' with prerecorded messages. I put my numbers on the list for one reason, and one reason only. I do not want to be called by firms trying to sell me something. If I have a need to buy something, I shall initiate the contact. Thank you for allowing me this opportunity to respond to the proposed change.
