How do you ask a pre-recorded message to stop calling you? This is genuinely a shame. The do not call list is one of the best things that happened for the basic phone consumer. This suggested safe harbor threatens a far worse situation than we had before the list. My wish is that this would *not* be granted in the best case...or in the worse, that the terms relationship should be defined in hundreds of dollars per year spent at the direct vendor and only they have the right to call (not hired guns). Also, that any thought of a recorded message goes right out the window.
