Companies are already regularly abusing people with prerecorded messages that ring the phone at all hours of the day and night. To make it legal is to prove that the government cares only about companies not about citizens. Make them stop using prerecorded messages altogether. Don't make it easier for them to bombard us with their worthless drivel. We don't want anything they have to sell. At least let us have the satisfaction of telling a real live person to go to the dogs when they call. A recording can't quit and get a real job when they feel like they are doing something slimy and worthless.
