The proposed rule change will undemine the significant benefits realized from the nat'l. do not call registry. Recorded messages are unsolicited and obnoxious. I am unable to say "take me off your list". They leave their messages on my answering machine like it or not. Please do NOT amend the rule to allow recorded messages to be sent unsolicited. Ronald L.
