I strongly object to the proposed change in the regulation. As it stands, telemarketers are finally starting to comply with the order to refrain from calling those who sign up on the NO-CALL list. Those of us who signup for the no-call protection have specifically stated that we do not want our privacy compomised, nor do we want to re-open the door to unwanted tepephone intrusions. Telemarketers have been and are still entitled to call those persons who do not sign up on the list, or who do not object to their solicitations. Therefore, it is my opinion and that of the many people who have signed up for NO-CALL list protected, that the requested regulation change be DENIED. Thank you for your consideration in this matter for us who object strongly to telephone harassment.
