The do not call registry was created to prevent unwanted phone calls. Obviously, due to it's popularity, this is what the American people wanted and needed. Please do not taint the viability of this by creating a loophole with the "Prior business relationship" clause! This only succeeds in creating another law that is supposed to protect citizens being turned into rubbish. The "prior business relationship" clause, in EVERY instance it's been used, has only opened the floodgates that had previously been closed. Please do not open the floodgates on this one!!!!
