I am NOT in favor of opening the loophole to allow companies to send prerecorded telemarketing calls. The whole point of the Do-not-call Registry is to prevent telemarketers from calling me at home. Prerecorded messages would be even more annoying. The FTC may not believe that the change would have any dramatic results, but I am not so sure. I believe that companies would soon find a way to send prerecorded messages to my home. I will be sending the website to everyone I know, so that they may also send comments to you. Martha Loats
