I say NO, NO, NO to this ammendment! I do not wish to receive any unsolicited calls from any entity. I feel that the regulation should be more restrictive to the extent that NO unsolicited calls should ever be permitted. Thank you for the opportunity to express my opinion. All blank spaces were left that way intentionally to prevent my receiving any replies to this negative response.
