To Whom it may Concern: The text of the above is very confusing however, based on current press reports, there is a proposal to allow telemarketers to send a pre-recorded message, even if you are on the do not call list. This is an additional intrusion which is not welcome at my household. I would like to see the Federal Trade Commission, enact regulations, similar to Vermont's, requiring companies to have my signed permission to even share information. Any restrictions on telemarketing are supported by my family. It is the veneral disease of telephone technology. Thanks, Larry Pieper
