Opening the "No-Call" list to recorded automated calls is out of the question. Most of the people on the list volunteered their phone numbers to AVOID this sort of abuse. If you open up the list to this sort of automated calling you will surely lose all credability with those who trusted you to shield them from this sort of annoyance.
