No revision. I have enough phone traffic as it is; adding more to the mix would only worsen things. Besides, the law was passed in it's current form to ensure that people arn't bothered by telemarketers, permitting them to wheedle over a minor rules correction that would certainly be in their best interest seems a bit counterprouctive. If you wish to debate if it'd be in their best interest, ask why they're submitting it. They're certainly not submitting a revision that's going to do them harm, now are they?
