I can't believe you are considering this. Ask yourself why did the Do Not Call list get adopted in the first place. Allowing such a loophole will defeat the original purpose. I enjoy the peace and quiet that comes with not having my phone constantly ring. Do not allow us to go back to the old days. Also, if a firm wants to make an honest solicitation, let them do it in writing and put it in the mail.
