altering the rules of the Do Not Call list is dangerous because telephone technology is changing with the use of virtually cost-free internet calling--americans will be barraged with unwanted telemarketing and answering machine spam. IF permitted, Voice Mail Broadcasting should be required to get permission from consumers before sending messages to their phones--an "opt-in" plan. Personally, I will drop any business I have dealt with which spams my phone or computer.
