I am against any Telemarketing Sales over a private phone system that a consumer pays for . For you to change any thing that you have on the books now is unacceptable. It is a great relief to not have any calls during dinner, the middle of the night and most other times as was the common practice before FTC enacted the law as it stands now. I buy much merchandise on the internet, mail, and local retail. I would never buy through a telemarketer. FTC has come a long way in the last few years in protecting the public. Don't give the Telemarketers a loop hole they will drive a Semi through.
