This is a dreadful idea. The government -- and that's us, as I recall -- had a splendid idea, and it came up with the Do Not Call List, which is enormously attractive. And now the same outfit wants to negate it. Whatever are you guys smoking? If it ain't broke, don't fix it And I'd suggest that applies to the Do Not Call List.....
