|Title:||Notice of Proposed Rulemaking, Request for Comment|
|CFR Citation:||16 CFR Part 310|
Comments:You *must* be kidding, right? Subjecting me to a recorded telemarketing call is no less annoying than a non-recorded one. Furthermore it is less expensive for companies to use, and I would thus be able to anticipate even more calls than before. For that matter, I am *against* allowing any kind of sales call that I did not explicitly request, regardless of whether or not I have had a prior relationship with a company or not. Stop kissing politician's asses and start thinking about people.
