I don't agree with the proposed changes to the No Call List rules! I feel that these calls are a nuisence and an invasion of my privacy. My phone is private and something that I pay for!!! I am aware of companies that I do business with and if I wish something from them, I will contact them! If they wish to convey some sort of special deal to me, they can mail the offer to me.
