Comments:
Non-profit and definatly political organizations should be added to the non-call list. Cell phones should be exempt from all telemarkerters. Anyone calling a cell phone should have to pay for the call. Charging the cell phone owner for incoming calls is not right and should be illegal. No calls means 'No Calls". Anyone calling a number on the no call list should be fined in the thousands!
