I want to go on record as being opposed to any change in the current requirement that would permit calling to my residence or cell phone from any commercial entity not invited by me to do so. In the case of my home telephone, such calls would be extremely annoying. In the case of my cell telephone, the calls would be not only annoying, but they would also use cellular time for which I pay a premium.
