I do NOT want a rule change which would allow any companies with which I have an existing business relationship to send me recorder telephone communication. I have my name on the DO NOT call list for a reason. I do NOT wished to be called. Please allow me to make my own decisions in this matter. Perhaps Allen Hiles would like me to call him and leave a message.!
