I signed on the NO CALL list because I do NOT want these businesses calling me whenever they feel like it. If I want to talk to them, I'll make the call. I DO NOT want them calling whether it's a pre-recorded message or a live person. This just seems like a slick way to by-pass the NO CALL list.
