Once a person has proactively placed themselves on a no call list it should be just that ... no calls. I don't expect a knock on the door at a hotel when a do not disturb sign is placed on the door, so the same should be applied to the phone ... simple respect. Those who do not put themselves on a no call list is fine, they should then expect to get calls. PLEASE DO NOT CHANGE THE LAW ... DO NOT CALL MEANS DO NOT CALL
